As a Retail and Ecommerce Associate you will be responsible for maximizing sales for Kodomo's online shop, www.kodomoboston.com in addition to assisting with sales in our brick and mortar shops.
Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in delivering a compelling product experience and collection point of view, through simple, intuitive category navigation and work in collaboration with our Marketing Associate /Content Developer to create accurate product details
-Ensure products are launched correctly; with appropriate attributes, scheduling, and categorization
-Analyze and understand customer behavior; apply learnings to future marketing campaigns and site merchandising
-Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Company Founder to understand weekly business results, to develop seasonal strategies, and to ensure financial targets are achieved
-Assist with digital marketing channels on an as-needed basis.
-Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly
-Benchmarking and analysis of competitor sites
-Candidate will work in the Boston-based brick and mortar stores to understand merchandising, clientele, and gain exceptional product knowledge
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of the brands and merchandises' features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity
- Safeguarding the store's inventory by adherence to the company's loss prevention program
- Following all store operational policies and procedures
